I have acquired a diverse set of skills throughout my career that has equipped me to excel in the Training and Development industry. With 19 years of experience as a technical trainer and 14 years in instructional design and content development, I am adept at simplifying complex topics and presenting them in an easily understandable manner to aid the learning process. 

For the past 7 years, my focus has been on training higher-education personnel in finance systems technology. I possess proficiency in course authoring software such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Vyond. Additionally, I’m an advanced user of Soundbooth, Premier Pro, Audacity, Adobe Connect, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Zoom, and WebEx.

Beyond training development, I also have experience in implementing and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS). Specifically, I have rolled out the Saba LMS at an enterprise level and managed Success Factors and Workday LMS at an organizational level.
